
Banana Pudding-in-a-Jar for Two

Ingredients
- 70 Mini NILLA Wafers (about 1-2/3 cups), divided
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 bananas, sliced
Preparation
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, split vanilla bean lengthwise. Use knife to scrape seeds into whipped topping; mix well.
- Reserve 10 wafers for garnish. Spoon half the pudding into 5 (8-oz.) jelly jars; top with layers of half <u>each</u> of the remaining wafers, bananas and half the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers.
- Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with reserved wafers just before serving.
