Banana Nut Parfait

Banana-studded vanilla pudding, mini chocolate chips and a blend of graham cracker crumbs and chopped peanuts are layered for a cool, easy dessert.

  • ⅓ cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped, divided
  • 5 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, crushed (about 2/3 cup)
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • ½ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. nuts for garnish. Mix remaining nuts, crumbs and margarine. Slice banana. Reserve 4 slices for garnish; refrigerate until ready to use. Chop remaining banana slices.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in chopped bananas. Layer pudding mixture, chocolate chips and crumb mixture in 6 (6-oz.) parfait glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Top with whipped topping, reserved nuts and banana slices just before serving.
