
Baked Mozzarella Bites
These easy-to-make appetizers are sure to both surprise and delight your guests with the great flavor of fried mozzarella sticks without the frying step!

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 60 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
Preparation
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Cut cheese crosswise into 15 slices, then cut each slice in half.
- Place 30 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Cover with remaining crackers to make 30 sandwiches.
- Bake 8 min. or until cheese begins to melt. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce.
- Serve cracker sandwiches as dippers with the sauce.
