These easy-to-make appetizers are sure to both surprise and delight your guests with the great flavor of fried mozzarella sticks without the frying step!

Baked Mozzarella Bites Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 60 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce


  • Heat  oven to 325°F.
  • Cut  cheese crosswise into 15 slices, then cut each slice in half.
  • Place  30 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Cover with remaining crackers to make 30 sandwiches.
  • Bake  8 min. or until cheese begins to melt. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce.
  • Serve  cracker sandwiches as dippers with the sauce.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraTop each cheese slice with a small fresh basil leaf before covering with the second cracker.
