Sweet & Spicy Baked Brie DipRemove rind from 8 oz. Brie cheese. Toss with 2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers in 1-1/2-cup baking dish. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring after 6 min. Microwave 1 Tbsp. apricot jam or preserves in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec.; stir. Spoon over warm cheese.
