"Bacon" & Potato Nugget Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen bite-size seasoned potato nuggets
  • 24 RITZ Bacon Flavored Crackers
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 425°F.
  • Bake  potato nuggets on baking sheet as directed on package. Reduce oven to 350°F.
  • Smash  potato nuggets with back of spoon; place on crackers on same baking sheet. Top with cheese.
  • Bake  3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top  with remaining ingredients.
