  • 18 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 9 slices
  • ½ avocado, cut lengthwise into 9 slices, then crosswise in half
  • 3 pepper Jack cheese slices (0.75 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
