
Asian-Glazed Meatball "Sliders"
Meatballs are a must, so dress them up for New Year's with a coat of spiced hoisin, and show them off atop sesame-flavored broccoli slaw on crisp crackers.

Ingredients
- 24 frozen fully cooked bite-size meatballs (1/2 oz. each)
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1½ cups broccoli slaw
- ¼ cup Asian toasted sesame dressing
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place meatballs on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through (160°F). Meanwhile, mix hoisin sauce and crushed pepper until blended.
- Brush meatballs with hoisin sauce mixture; bake 3 to 5 min. or until sauce is heated through. Meanwhile, toss broccoli slaw with dressing.
- Top crackers with slaw mixture and meatballs. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
