Artichoke Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
  • 48 TRISCUIT Hint of Salt Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  artichokes, Neufchatel and Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in peppers; cover.
  • Refrigerate  at least 1 hour.
  • Spread  2 tsp. of the artichoke mixture onto each cracker.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowaveTo serve warm, prepare as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds or until warmed. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
