Apricot & Almond Cheese Log Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped
  •  TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese spread, apricots and zest until blended; shape into 6-inch log.
  • Roll  in nuts until evenly coated on all sides.
  • Refrigerate  30 min.
  • Serve  with the crackers.
