
Apple-Cinnamon Bun Dip

ServingsMakes 1-1/4 cups dip or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 8 wafers each.
Ingredients
- 1 container (6 oz.) vanilla low-fat yogurt
- ½ cup applesauce
- ½ tsp. lemon zest
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. caramel ice cream topping
- 4 NILLA Wafers, coarsely crushed
- Additional NILLA Wafers for dipping
Preparation
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Drizzle with caramel topping; top with wafer crumbs.
- Refrigerate 15 min. or until chilled.
- Serve as dip with NILLA Wafers.

For a unique dip container, cut off top and hollow out large red apple. Stand upright on serving platter; fill with dip. Surround with wafers. - Variation
Omit cinnamon. Prepare using cinnamon-flavored applesauce. - Substitute
