Apple, Brie & Caramel Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small apple
  • 20 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 20 pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. caramel sauce, warmed

Instructions

  • Cut  apple lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 10 slices; place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec.
  • Top  crackers with cheese and apples.
  • Drizzle  with caramel sauce.

VariationPrepare recipe as directed, except do not microwave the apples before using as directed.
