ServingsMakes 12 topped crackers or 6 servings, two topped crackers each.
  • 3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 RITZ Crackers
  • 3 slices hard salami, quartered
  • 3 stuffed green olives, each cut into 4 slices
  • Cut cheese crosswise into 12 thin slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
  • Cover each cracker with 1 cheese piece, 1 salami piece and a second cheese piece.
  • Top each with olive slice.

  • Substitute
    Substitute 1 pepperoni slice for each quartered salami piece and/or pitted black olive slices for the green olive slices.
