10-Minute Greek Appetizer Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herb
  •  TRISCUIT Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese and mayonnaise until blended; spread onto bottom of serving dish.
  • Top  with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
  • Serve  with crackers.

PIZZA: Top with 1/2 cup pizza sauce, 1 cup finely shredded Italian-style cheese blend, and 1/4 cup EACH chopped green peppers and pepperoni slices.

VariationPrepare using Neufchatel cheese, reduced-fat mayonnaise and reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomatoes.
