TRISCUIT Bruschetta Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-fat Italian dressing
  • 40 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened

Instructions

  • Combine  first 4 ingredients.
  • Spread  crackers with Neufchatel.
  • Top  with tomato mixture.

Recipe Tips

Make AheadPrepare tomato mixture as directed. Add Neufchatel; mix well. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Spread onto crackers just before serving.
