Sunflower Brie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) round Brie cheese
  • 16 TRISCUIT Hint of Salt Crackers
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp. chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Cut  brie into 16 wedges.
  • Arrange  in circle on plate alternately with crackers as shown in photo.
  • Fill  center with marmalade; sprinkle with onions.

SubstitutePrepare using seedless raspberry jam or pepper jelly.

How to Serve WarmHeat oven to 350°F. Arrange cheese and crackers on ovenproof plate as directed. Bake 5 min. or just until cheese is warmed. Fill center with marmalade; sprinkle with onions.
