Strawberry Chiffon Pie

This beautiful summer pie is light as air. Easy to whip up, it can even be made the day before. Your guests will love diving into this fluffy, fruity dream dessert.

Strawberry Chiffon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  •  ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1-1/2 tsp. grated lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 8 strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Instructions

  • Stir  boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Stir in lime zest and juice.
  • Add  whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in strawberries. Refrigerate 1 hour or until mixture is thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate  at least 4 hours or overnight. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.

Special ExtraGarnish with thin lime wedges and/or additional grated lime peel just before serving.
