Spinach & Artichoke Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
  • 1 can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  •  WHEAT THINS Toasted Pita Original Oven Baked Crackers

Instructions

  • Process  all ingredients except crackers in food processor until smooth.
  • Spread  onto plate. Serve with crackers.

Special ExtraGarnish with 1/2 tsp. black sesame seed before serving.
