Spicy Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (Do not thaw.)
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, cut up
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
  •  WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

Instructions

  • Place  spinach in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
  • Stir  in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
  • Serve  hot with snacks.

Recipe Tips

Variation Prepare as directed, using 2% Milk VELVEETA and Neufchatel cheese.

To HalveCut ingredients in half. Mix in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 min. Serve as directed. Makes 1-1/2 cups or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

Keeping it SafeHot dips should be discarded after sitting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
