Spanakopita Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup crumbled fat-free feta cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onions, divided
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  •  WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Reserve  1 tsp. EACH cheese and onions for later use. Mix remaining cheese and onions with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS until blended.
  • Spoon  into shallow baking dish or pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
  • Top  with reserved cheese and onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Recipe Tips

Jazz it UpStir 1 minced garlic clove or 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder into dip before spooning into prepared baking dish and baking as directed.
