Smoked Turkey Melts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Asiago cheese
  • 48 RITZ Crackers
  • 48 baby spinach leaves
  • 12 slices deli smoked turkey breast (3/4 lb.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup prepared spinach dip
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced pimentos

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Use  vegetable peeler to shave cheese into 48 thin slices.
  • Top  crackers with spinach, turkey, cheese, spinach dip and pimentos.
  • Place  in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Bake  3 min or until heated through.

Recipe Tips

How to MicrowavePrepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 6 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 8 sec. or until heated through. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

SubstitutePrepare using small red pepper strips in place of pimentos.
