RITZ Hot Cheese Snacks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 18 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 325°F.
  • Mix  cheeses and onions.
  • Spread  about 1 tsp. cheese mixture onto each cracker. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake  5 min. or until heated through.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowavePrepare cheese mixture and top crackers as directed. Arrange 6 topped crackers in a circle on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until heated through. Repeat with the remaining topped crackers.
