Quick Layered Mexican Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  •  WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Snacks

Instructions

  • Spread  Neufchatel onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Top  with layers of salsa, Cheddar cheese and onions.
  • Serve  with the crackers.
