Pineapple-Berry Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  • 16 HONEY MAID Low Fat Cinnamon Grahams, broken in half (32 squares)
  • 8 fresh strawberries, each cut into 4 slices

Instructions

  • Mix  pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
  • Spoon  1 Tbsp. of the pineapple mixture onto each graham square just before serving.
  • Top  each with a strawberry slice.

Recipe Tips

Variation To serve as a spread, prepare pineapple mixture in serving bowl. Top with 1/4 cup chopped strawberries. Serve as a spread for the graham squares.

Make AheadPineapple mixture can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days.
