Party Cheese Ball Made Over Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 stalks celery, cut crosswise into quarters
  •  RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat

Instructions

  • Beat  Neufchatel and Cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
  • Add  peppers, onions and mustard; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Shape  into ball; roll in parsley. Serve with celery and crackers.
