NUTTER BUTTER Chocolate Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 20 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), divided
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
  • 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate (6 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Crush  18 cookies finely. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter; mix with cookie crumbs. Press onto bottoms and up sides of 24 paper-lined mini muffin cups. Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
  • Microwave  chocolate, cream and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Spoon into cookie cups.
  • Chop  remaining cookies coarsely; sprinkle over desserts.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.

SubstitutePrepare using milk chocolate.

NoteIf cookie crusts puff after they are baked, gently press down centers with back of spoon immediately after removing from oven.
