NILLA Strawberry-Banana Dessert Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (11 oz.) NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 3 strawberries, each cut into 4 slices
  • 1 small banana, cut into 13 slices

Instructions

  • Line  9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Reserve 25 wafers; finely crush remaining wafers. Mix wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Freeze until ready to use.
  • Add  boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Beat  cream cheese and sugar in bowl with mixer until blended; stir in whipped topping. Spread onto prepared crust; top with single layer of reserved wafers. Top wafers with berry and banana slices; cover with gelatin.
  • Refrigerate  3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.
