Mediterranean Tuna Snack Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, coarsely flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped roasted red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free Italian dressing
  • 16 TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  tuna, peppers and dressing until well blended.
  • Spoon  evenly onto crackers.
  • Garnish  with fresh parsley sprigs, if desired.
