Easy Chocolate Eclair Squares Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 22-1/2 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams
  • 3/4 cup ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

Instructions

  • Beat  pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in whipped topping.
  • Layer  about 1/3 of the grahams and half the pudding mixture in 13x9-inch pan, breaking grahams as necessary to fit; repeat layers. Top with remaining grahams.
  • Microwave  frosting in small microwaveable bowl on 20 to 30 sec. or just until softened but not melted. (Do not overheat). Spread over grahams.
  • Refrigerate  4 hours.

Recipe Tips

Latte Eclair SquaresPrepare as directed, substituting 3/4 cup chilled brewed strong coffee for 3/4 cup of the milk used to prepare the pudding.

How to Thaw Frozen Whipped ToppingPlace unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.

Variation Prepare as directed, using vanilla fat-free sugar-free instant pudding mix, fat-free milk, reduced-fat frozen whipped topping and HONEY MAID Low Fat Honey Grahams.
