Crunchified Apple "Sandwich" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slices deli-style roasted turkey breast (1/4 lb.), cut in half
  • 1 apple, cored, cut crosswise into 8 thin rings
  • 24 CHEESE NIPS Crackers Cheddar

Instructions

  • Place  4 apple rings in single layer on plate; top each with 1 turkey piece, 6 crackers and second turkey piece.
  • Cover  with remaining apple rings.
  • Serve  immediately.
