Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Combine  first 7 ingredients in 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake  30 min. Meanwhile, combine cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Stir  casserole; top with crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until casserole is heated through and topping is golden brown.
