Chorizo and Egg Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked Mexican chorizo, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. each: Salt and pepper
  • 30 RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  eggs, chorizo and mayo until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread  about 1-1/2 tsp. of the egg mixture onto each cracker just before serving.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute 4 oz. Italian sausage or OSCAR MAYER Turkey Polska Kielbasa, cooked and chopped, for the cooked and drained chorizo.

SubstituteSubstitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
