CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Bombe Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) Chewy CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Instructions

  • Line  1-1/2-qt. freezer-proof bowl with plastic wrap. Press 12 cookies onto bottom and up side of bowl. Cut 5 cookies in half. Press, cut-sides up, into side of bowl near top edge to form rim. Chop remaining cookies.
  • Spread  half the ice cream into bowl; sprinkle with half the chopped cookies. Top with remaining ice cream and chopped cookies; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  • Unmold  dessert onto plate. Let stand 10 min. to soften slightly before serving.
