Chili-Cheddar Beer Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup light beer
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans, warmed
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  •  WHEAT THINS Toasted Chips Great Plains Multigrain

Instructions

  • Beat  Neufchatel and beer with mixer until blended.
  • Stir  in cheddar; spread onto large plate.
  • Top  with all remaining ingredients except chips.
  • Serve  with chips..
