Cheese Steak RITZwich  Recipe

Ingredients

  • 36 RITZ Crackers, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 3 frozen thinly sliced beef steak, torn into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. NABISCO EASY CHEESE Cheddar Pasteurized Cheese Snack

Instructions

  • Place  18 crackers, top sides down, on large tray or platter.
  • Cook  and stir onions and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Add  meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until browned and heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon  meat mixture onto crackers on tray; top with cheese snack. Cover with remaining crackers, top sides up, to make 18 cracker sandwiches.
