Cheese and Sausage Stackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 7 (1/2 of 14-oz. pkg.) turkey smoked sausage
  • 3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard

Instructions

  • Heat  sausage as directed on package; cut into 24 slices. Cut cheese into 12 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half.
  • Top  crackers with sausage, cheese and mustard.

Recipe Tips

Variation Top crackers as directed, reserving the mustard. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers. Top evenly with mustard. Serve warm.

SubstitutePrepare as directed, using reduced-fat cheddar cheese.
