This easy-to-make cheese spread makes a great cracker topper or sandwich spread.

Cheddar & Pimento Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp.  chopped pimientos
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  •  TRISCUIT Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese and mayo until blended. Stir in cheddar and pimentos.
  • Top  with onions. Serve with crackers.
