Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a small avocado
  • 16 RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat
  • 2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa

Instructions

  • Cut  avocado crosswise into 16 slices.
  • Top  crackers with tomatoes, avocados and salsa.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute 1/3 cup guacamole for the cut-up avocado, adding about 1 tsp. salsa to each topped cracker.
