Artichoke & Prosciutto Pull-Apart "Pizza" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. basil pesto
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 oz. thin prosciutto slices, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped drained artichoke hearts in water
  • 2 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to broil.
  • Mix  Neufchatel and pesto until blended; spread onto crackers. Arrange crackers in single layer on baking sheet to form solid rectangle; top with remaining ingredients.
  • Place  baking sheet 6-inches from broiler. Broil 3 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
