All-American Cheeseburger Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 dill pickles (about 2 inches long), divided
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup cheese dip
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  •  WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions

  • Cut  5 thin slices from 1 pickle; chop remaining pickles.
  • Brown  meat in large nonstick skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add cheese dip, ketchup, mustard and chopped pickles; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Spoon  into serving dish. Garnish with pickle slices. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Recipe Tips

Make AheadPrepare dip as directed, except omit pickle slice garnish. Spoon dip into microwaveable bowl. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after each minute. Garnish with pickle slices. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
